BEFORE MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR PROPERTY

To preserve the architectural and aesthetic appearance of Eagle Crossing, as well as to protect and promote home values for all homeowners, homeowners must submit an Architectural Change Form before making any changes to the exterior of their property.

Forms must be submitted for all exterior changes to your home (except for minor landscaping) For example, if you wish to install a fence, tree, satellite dish, portable basketball goal, pergola, deck, trampoline, swing set or any other type of structure or landscaping on your property, including driveway expansion you will need to submit an Architectural Change Form.

Failure to do this will result in a covenant violation.

You will be notified of your request’s status within 30 days of receipt of your request.

REMINDER! CALL BEFORE YOU DIG!

Before you do any digging in your yard, be sure to call Indiana Underground (1-800-382-5544) or visit http://www.iupps.org/. 

IUPPS will need to know your address, township, where in your yard you are planning to dig and how deep you plan to dig. They will send someone out from the various utility companies to mark your yard with spray paint/flags so you will know where not to dig/till. This includes all utilities except the water company, which buries its pipes 4-4 ½ feet deep.

Consider calling two weeks in advance of when you plan on digging. And, remember not to till around the utility poles.
