WELCOME TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!

Welcome to the Eagle Crossing HOA official website.

Our neighborhood is the largest in Hendricks County with 126 acres of common area that includes recreational amenities for the entire family to enjoy.  We are made up of 853 homes divided into two sections; Tallgrass and Silverleaf.   The amenities are available for each homeowner to use.  We have 6 playgrounds, 2 baseball areas, 2 soccer areas, 2 pool areas - each including a large heated pool, deck, baby pool and pool house,  2 picnic shelters, a full Fitness Park, 2 volleyball areas, 2.5 miles of woodland trails, a sledding hill, an outdoor meditation chapel and our most recent addition is a Dog Park which welcomes both large and small dogs with their own distinct areas to play freely in. We also have 2 Free Little Libraries for children to enjoy.

We are located on the west side of Indianapolis near Brownsburg, just 15 miles from Downtown Indianapolis and only 15 miles from the Indianapolis International Airport. Our prime location is also just 3 miles from the beautiful Eagle Creek Park - one of America's largest city parks with nearly 4000 acres of woodland that surrounds a 1300 acre reservoir perfect for sailing and kayaking.   The Indianapolis Colts have their training facility just across the street from Eagle Creek Park, and for racing fans the Indianapolis Motor Speedway- home of the Indianapolis 500 - and the Lucas Oil Raceway are both less than 10 miles away. Our zip code is 46234.

The Town of Brownsburg is a thriving community that maintains a small town feel while providing all of the local conveniences that a family might need.  The main town center is currently being revitalized and will include many more pedestrian and bicycle friendly paths.

The public school district for Eagle Crossing is the exceptional, A graded and Four Star award winning Brownsburg School Corporation.

In an effort to keep the community informed below is a running list of projects being done around the community.

Spring 2026

  • Tallgrass pool underwent much needed repairs.

  • White flags have been placed along many forest edges throughout the  Restoration Trail in Tallgrass. These flags are to tell the mowers where to stop, so that we can allow the forest to "creep out". The ultimate goal here is to continue to allow the forest to move outward, reducing turf grass. This will reduce resources needed to mow, treat and manage the turf grass, while improving the health of our forested areas and local ecosystem. Ultimately the board plans to explore grants to assist with tree plantings; but by slowly increasing some no-mow areas, invasive species can be managed as the wildlife plants trees for us!

May 2026

  • Large overgrown burning Bush shrubs in front of the pool houses removed. The long-term goal is for these to be replaced with more size-appropriate, native plants!

Signs added to all entrances to identify Tall Grass and Silverleaf.

Fall Landscaping Project 2026

- 5 trees are planned to be planted at Hoover Park near the Tallgrass Pool house this fall. These trees will be large, native trees with the goal to provide shade for those enjoying the park, while supporting the local ecosystem.
