Fitness Park Orientation 0

Posted on July 24, 2017 by admin

Eagle Crossing has a new fitness park, located near the Tallgrass pool, north of 56th Street. It has several pieces of equipment and it’s awesome!

To help our residents fully utilize the park, there will be two 1-hour orientation sessions led by certified trainers from Performex Fitness. Jason Nunn and Kristin Alban (bios attached) will provide the basics on how to use the equipment and ways to do different exercises. They will also lead an optional small group exercise session.

All ages and abilities are welcome!

The orientation sessions will be held on:
Friday, July 28th at 5:00pm with Jason and Kristin
Saturday, July 29th at 9am with Kristin

Also, there will be information about a future 6-week boot camp with Kristin that will be held at our fitness park.

Hope to see you there! (weather permitting)
