You are receiving this notice of a public hearing as a nearby property owner.

A Public Hearing held before the Advisory Plan Commission has been scheduled for 23rd day of November, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Council Meeting Room of Brownsburg Town Hall, located at 61 N. Green Street, Brownsburg, Indiana.  All information may be reviewed between the hours of 8:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All interested persons wishing to speak to this application, either for or against, will be given an opportunity to be heard, in accordance with the Brownsburg Plan Commission Rules of Procedure.  Written objections must be filed with the Department of Development Services by the date of the hearing to be considered by the Plan Commission.

The hearing may be continued to a future date, from time to tome, when found necessary.  Any change in room location will be posted in the Public Notice display at Town Hall.

To ensure a fair hearing, contacting any member of the Advisory Plan Commission regarding a pending or future proposal is strictly PROHIBITED by the Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission Rules of Procedure and Indiana State Statute.

Please be aware of the Comcast line along the sidewalks on Splendor Way and Amber Lane. A call was placed into Comcast. An emergency ticket was submitted for safety issues.

Eagle Crossing consists of two communities totalling 853 homes making it the largest subdivision in Hendricks County! On the north side of 56th Street is the Tallgrass community, while on the south side of 56th Street is Silverleaf. The zip code for both communities is 46234. Residents of Eagle Crossing enjoy over 50 acres of common area, including walking trails, two pools and picnic shelters, five playgrounds, a meditation chapel and a soccer goals and more!
