Welcome & Don’t Forget Our Annual Meeting December 5, 2011! 0

Posted on November 29, 2011 by President

As the newly appointed president of this wonderful community I wanted to take this opportunity to share a few words.  First of all, please know l take seriously the responsibilities and duties associated with being on our board and as well as my position.

I have an admission to make: Right or wrong, I have always been skeptical of homeowners’ association boards.  When I joined our board earlier this year I quickly realized that my skepticism was unfounded.  I saw a group of good people who truly cared for our community – people who were dedicated in making good, solid decisions; people who were so vested in our community that they spent a lot of their own time and money doing good things within our neighborhood.

We all make a substantial investment with our homeowners’ dues.  Please know that the board has been, and will continue to be, dedicated to frugal and ethical spending of our resources.  Additionally, we are fortunate to be joined with M Group, an outstanding, experienced management company who is dedicated to our best interests.

If at any time you have any questions, concerns, feedback or ideas please use this website to contact any of us directly, either by phone or email.

Lastly I would like to invite and encourage everyone to attend our annual meeting Monday, December 5 at 6:30PM-8:30PM at Eaten Hall in the Brownsburg Town Hall Building.
